Everbright Sun Hung Kai ("EBSHK") has recently discovered a fraudulent website at https://everbright-sun-hung-kai-ebshk-direct.business.site/, which promotes online trading services of EBSHK Direct, EBSHK’s sub-brand.
EBSHK hereby clarifies that it does not own or operate the above fraudulent website, whose existence has been reported to the SFC. EBSHK is absolutely unrelated to the website.

2. Due to postal limitation in some countries, customers may encounter delay or failure to receive overseas physical statements. We strongly encourage a change to your preferred statement delivery method to e-statement through www.ebshkfg.com/gogreen. Alternatively, you may activate or login to your trading account via our website to view your e-statements or request to switch to e-statements. 3. As announced by HKEX, enhancements on the Volatility Control Mechanism (“VCM”) in the Hong Kong securities market will be implemented with effect from May 11, 2020, and VCM stock coverage will be expanded to include constituent stocks of All Hang Seng Composite LargeCap Index, the Hang Seng Composite MidCap Index and the Hang Seng Composite Small Cap Index. 4. Due to the recent circumstances, in case there is any uncertainties causing early closing or delay in opening of wealth management centers, no further notification would be announced.
