As announced by HKEX, enhancements on the Volatility Control Mechanism (“VCM”) in the Hong Kong securities market will be implemented with effect from May 11, 2020, and VCM stock coverage will be expanded to include constituent stocks of All Hang Seng Composite LargeCap Index, the Hang Seng Composite MidCap Index and the Hang Seng Composite Small Cap Index.
